Family & Children's Aid (FCA) is seeking a dedicated Master’s Level Clinician to join our Intensive In-home Child and Adolescent Psychiatric Services (IICAPS) program.
The IICAPS model is designed to address specific psychiatric disorders in the clients between the ages of 5 and 17, while teaching effective parenting practices and/or addressing other family challenges that effect the child and family’s ability to function. While children with psychiatric symptoms are the focus of intervention, the model addresses and intervenes within the domains that impact the child most directly: family, school, community resources and service systems.
We are seeking Clinicians for Bridgeport, New Milford, Torrington and Waterbury.
The IICAPS Clinician works in partnership with a Bachelor’s Level Mental Health Counselor fostering positive relationships with clients, families, school systems and community providers to ensure clients receive comprehensive care in all areas. Additional responsibilities include:

Year 1 20 Days (4 weeks)
Year 2 25 Days (5 Weeks)
Year 3-5 30 Days (6 weeks)
Year 6-10 35 Days (7 weeks)
Year 11+ 40 Days (8 weeks)
Face-to-face services are being provided. Telehealth is ONLY provided on a case-by-case basis. All appropriate PPE is provided to employees.
